I hope everyone had a lovely 4th weekend.. 

I had a fun girl's weekend that was much needed. 

Went to the zoo, finally! Did a lot of shopping, and talking. It was so nice to have quality girl time.. it sounds weird but it's something I haven't had for a while. 

Sadly, this is the only picture we took all weekend together.

Last night I went running on the beach. What's weird is that it's only about the third time I've done it since I've been here. It's kind of a production though... driving down there, finding parking, etc.

But I was glad I went. It was so summery. There were tons of people having beach bon fires and even more couples watching the sunset. I couldn't decide if I was jealous of them or wanted to gag. (probably jealous.) haha

I got really sad about leaving because I thought to myself... Why am I leaving the greatest place ever?

I'll be back though. I just need to finish school or I'll never go anywhere in life.
